Step 1 
Carb venturi is widened and raised from 20mm x 23.6mm to 22mm x 27.2mm using a CNC mill 
Step 2
Carb throat exit is bored from 26.8MM to 28mm and smoothed into the venturi on a CNC lathe

Carbs bodies must be completely stripped (the choke plates may be left intact). The bodies are spinning at 500rpm on the lathe, loose parts can become dangerous missiles.
