What's happening in the shop.

I am working on a new bike, and have been for the last 3 years. I am finding that starting from a blank canvas is much tougher than I thought. I seem to be suffering from "Analysis Paralysis", where I jump back and forth from one area to another, never really deciding  how exactly to do something. Although this year I have narrowed down some of my options and I hope that I can continue with that trend.
